The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Party

Since the launch of the fourth campaign, fresh DM Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a wide array of characters, and a exciting storyline including angels, fiends, and malevolent powers growing in influence within the city.

Heads-up: Revealing details for the third episode of the new season follow below.

The Combat-Oriented Party Revealed

Episode 3 concluded with a dramatic pause and introduced the premier party of adventurers who will branch out from the primary party to embark on their separate journey, apart from the additional parties.

The combat-focused team includes Teor (brought to life by Travis), Thimble (Laura), the fierce warrior (Whitney), Wicander (Sam), and the mysterious adventurer (Robbie Daymond).

Why Split the Party?

Given 13 cast members, it was clear from the outset that keeping everyone at the same party would be impossible.

Hence, the opening chapters of the new season serve as an Prelude, intertwining the individual narratives before dividing into three smaller tables: Fighters, Planners, and Seekers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for participants who prefer a classically intense fight-heavy narrative style where non-violent answers are few and far between.

At first glance, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander might seem out of place, but the actions of the latest installment show why these five characters are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

For one thing, the group understands precisely where to proceed after a violent first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose passing started the story’s plot—exploited The Crow Keepers for his selfish purposes, invading the hidden lair, assaulting Thimble, and taking all the magical artifacts to auction.

Casimir then cleared his debts and escaped to a Halovar stronghouse in the northern region, above Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Personal Motivations

Secondly, each character has a personal reason to depart the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and trusted friend, desires revenge.
  • The knowledgeable figure is familiar with the northern area and advises that it is a nasty location.
  • The strong character and The cleric, having disobeyed his house’s orders to kill the target and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
  • Yet, their position as key figures in the influential clan could enable the team enter places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Moreover, Teor swore a eternal obligation to The savior for his deliverance and will now follow him wherever.

Fugitives

In addition, all of them are wanted by the powers that control the setting for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally dangerous:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The warrior and Wicander turned against the influential house and the horde of evil beings they are partnered with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by the clan.

This results in them little choice but to journey toward the remote area in search of Casimir.

Future Episodes

From episode three’s Cooldown, we learn that the Soldiers table will not appear the following episode, leaving the other eight players to form the Seekers and Planners groups.

Viewers can look forward to learning which players will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s last Overture episode, released on the upcoming Thursday.
